Nowadays, major sporting events such as the ISTAF would no longer be feasible without the support and commitment of volunteers. Through their intensive and extensive contact with the guests, volunteers also act as ambassadors for the event. With their helpfulness, motivation and friendliness, they play a decisive role in shaping the image and atmosphere of the event.
